Role and Responsibilities of Product Merchandiser:

As part of your responsibilities, you will be involved in sales floor merchandising, pricing assignments, and restocking duties, with an added focus on providing excellent customer service. Your aim is to maintain a store that is well-organized, visually pleasing, and stocked to meet customer demands.

• Enforce precise product presentation through adherence to merchandising and visual directives
• Update and refill the sales floor considering sell-out rates and seasonal transitions, with a particular focus on elevating the customer experience
• Invite clients in by greeting them and providing assistance with products and services
• Precisely and promptly handle pricing responsibilities, which consist of price alterations, sign replacements, and ticket modifications
• Following product protection standards is essential for averting losses
• Participate in joint efforts with associates to merchandise newly arrived products
• Maintain compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Fulfill several assignments within established timings
• Actively engage by promptly responding to instructions from supervisors, managers, and other colleagues in the workplace

Required Skills and Experience of Product Merchandiser:

• Proficient in providing exceptional customer service while paying close attention to details
• Proficiency in multitasking skillfully within a high-energy environment
• Capable of conveying thoughts adeptly through speech and writing
• No need for prior retail-related work history
• Those who are 16 years or older are eligible to participate
• Varied availability across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and festive seasons
