Role and Responsibilities of Housekeeping Staff:

In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store. You will perform daily store cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.

• In accordance with Kohl's guidelines and standards, conduct a thorough cleaning of the store, encompassing all areas such as floors, windows, restrooms, and waste receptacles
• Safeguard the environment by utilizing authorized chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Track and manage the inventory levels of company-endorsed materials and substances, placing replenishment orders as required
• Arrange and secure provisions in suitable vessels for safe handling
• Successfully accomplish and uphold the essential training in handling chemicals, operating equipment, and maintaining procedures
• Implement basic equipment maintenance according to the protocols established by the organization
• Leverage Kohl's tools and technology to effectively plan, communicate, and distribute updates among the store staff
• Provide assistance to the operations department with tasks such as product reception, stockroom organization, and omnichannel order fulfillment as needed
• Approach customers with a pleasant greeting and be ready to offer help with their queries about products and services
• Adhere to ethical practices and promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration
• Employ wise decision-making and involve appropriate allies in the process
• Illustrate a customer-focused perspective by preemptively addressing and meeting their needs
• Accomplish or exceed personal objectives in terms of output, credit, and devotion
