• Follow established guidelines for store merchandising to ensure accurate and timely product placements
• Refresh and restock the sales floor by considering sales performance and seasonal fluctuations, with a key emphasis on enhancing customer engagement
• Interact with customers by welcoming them and suggesting aid with their product and service concerns
• Ensure precise and timely completion of pricing activities, which include price adjustments, sign replacements, and ticket updates
• Adherence to product protection standards is key in minimizing losses
• Engage in supporting and coordinating efforts with associates for merchandising new items
• Abide by the guidelines, rules, and safety protocols implemented within the company
• Carry out numerous responsibilities within predetermined timeframes
• Show a proactive approach by promptly adhering to directives from supervisors, managers, and other company personnel

Required Skills and Experience of Store Merchandiser:

• Strong customer service expertise coupled with a meticulous approach to details
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks competently amidst a rapid-paced work environment
• Skilled in expressing ideas clearly through speech and writing
• Experience in retail is not a mandatory requirement
